Lost of hair on Giant Schnauzer tail

My Giant Schnauzer (4 years old) has lost hair on his tail. His skin became black on that part of the tail covered with acne. This condition lasts for several months. Could you please tell me which disease my dog suffers from and what would be a possible treatment for it.

I sorry that has happened to your Schnauzer.  I would first check for fleas and then if you see them I would say that is the cause.  If no fleas are found, I can't say what I think it may be because I can't see the area.  You should seek the help of your vet, as they will be able to determine the problem and get your dog started on a treatment.
