Question
I have a 14 year old Westhighland terrier that is having trouble holding his urine and when he goes out, his pee dribbles.  I ordered the NuVet Canine supplements hoping to assist him with kidney / bladder / urine issues.  Will the supplements help?  Also what other diet suggestions do you have?

Answer
Hi Amy - Yes, the NuVET will help to reduce any UTI infections and reduces inflammation.
When did you order the NuVET - do you have it yet?  NuVET is a GREAT choice!

As for other supplements - I would love to see him take a Cranberry supplement daily.
Revival Animal Health has an on-line store with some Great Cranberry products for dogs and cats.
YOU can also find Cranberry at the local pet store.

Also, you may want the vet to check him for any stones or infections.... He would need a antibiotic if they find infection.

For feeding - Make sure he is mostly eating a WET canned food - add a teaspoon or two of x-tra water to each feeding.  He can have dry food but WET is needed much more for his condition.

JUST wanted to know what you have been feeding and if you have your NuVET yet..
