Answer
Hi Sam. A dog can go into heat anywhere between 4 months or a year and a half of age. If she hasn't been spayed yet, then yes she will go into heat. If you plan on spaying her, then she won't go into heat, since she'll no longer be fertile. There really are no signs that it's coming, but you will know that she is when she starts bleeding. The only thing that you could look out for is swelling of the vaginal area. Heat cycles on dogs last about 3 weeks and they have a cycle 3 times a year. If you're planning on breeding her, make sure she's away from unwanted male dogs when she in heat. If you're not planning on bredding her, I strongly suggest that you get her spayed. But that's something to talk more about with your vet.
Games? Well pugs all like different things, but make sure you keep her active. Some games I play with my pug are fetch (she picked that one up easily) and we chase each other around the house a lot. But the games are endless, and it's so much fun to socialize with her. Games will come naturally after a while of having her. Buy her some fun toys and you'll see what I mean.

Good luck, and congratulations on getting one of the best breeds out there! You'll see, pugs are absolutely a blast to be around!

Jessica
