Poodle questions!!!

I have a 1 1/2 yr old male toy poodle and his hair turned curly after his first cut. I now have a 5 1/2 month old female toy poodle inwhich she has had 2 cuts now and she is still straight haired with a little bit of a wave throughout her hair. I am just wondering if her hair will ever turn curly. Thank You, Kattie

A poodles coat is not fully mature until 2 years of age.  So you have a long time for it to curl up still.  However that does not mean that it will for sure but that you still have a lot of time.  Toy poodle coats are not nearly as curly or thick as that of the standard poodle.  That has to do with the breeds that were used to downsize the standard poodle into the toy poodle we see today.
