bladder

Question
Chico (11 month old pit bull) has a vet appointment but we cant get him in till a week Monday(10 Days)-I've noticed that his urine is really really yellow almost neon. He doesn't seem to be in any pain but I have noticed him peeing little bits more often. Could this be a bladder infection- is there anything i can do in the mean time. He is already going to be treated for the mange and now this, is it possible these things are at all related. i have only had Chico for 4 months and i just feel awful for him. thanks

He could have a bladder infection, but it could be other things, as well (stones, other urinary tract infection, etc). As far as I know, the only thing you can really do for him until you can get into the vet's office is make sure that he has access to plenty of fresh, clean water. I'm sorry, but that is all I can tell you.
