size and feeding

Question
I have recently got a black labrador male puppy it weighs 13pounds at 9 weeks old, is this big/small/average and how big roughly will my dog grow to?
Also I am feeding my dog a dried puppy food but was thinking of adding fresh meat as an additional evening meal (my dog eats meat a lot more keenly than dried puppy food), is minced beef a good idea and should I cook it?

Hello, congrats on the new puppy,

He will be a big pup most don't weight that until they are 10-11 weeks old. If you choose to add fresh meat it must be cooked uncooked meats can contains parrisites that are killed during the cooking prosess...I have never fed my dogs anything other then dog products so I'm not the best to ask about supplementing the diet but I can say for sure yes it needs to be cooked.
