My lab is 7 months and she has not went into heat yet and i wanted to know when she will go into heat?

Large breed dogs, such as labs, can go in as early as 6 months and as late as 24 months.  There is no way to predict exactly.  If you bought your dog from a reputable breeder, they should be able to tell you when the mom went in the first time, and it could be similar.
