Labrodor Heigt weight

My lab is 2 month n 18 days,its a dark chocolate brown dog but looks very thin.His weight is 4.6.Is his weight normal for his age?I want to know r all labs chubby when they r smal ,or when wil my dog put on weight?We giv him puppy weaning fud 4 times a day,half smal bowl each.He is very playfull.

It is healthiest if a Lab is kept lean.  He shouldn't need the weaning fluid now.  He should be getting 3 meals a day for a few more weeks, then 2.  You should be feeding a puppy chow now. Switching to an adult chow for the larger breeds at 4 months, slows growth and helps develop sturdier joints.

Your dog definitely should be narrower at the waist than the hips and chest. You should be able to easily feel the ribs, but not see them. Each dog is different. Standard recommendations are a good place to start, but each dog must have its food and exercise adjusted to its individual needs.
