whining and random muscle spasms

Question
These past two days my female JRT, who's just over a year old. Has been whining excessively these two days, way more than normal, and having random muscle spasms in her hip area. She's not in heat, she had her 1st heat back in Dec. 2006. And she seems to be following me around alot more than usual. What would be causing for her to be doing this? Is there any health issues i need to be concerned with? Please help. I'm worried. I don't want nothing bad to happen to her, I love her so much, along with my other JRT. I would do what ever it takes for these two dogs.

Dear Tammi,

You should go to the vet. Maybe she ate or ingested something toxic. Did you check her food? Is it one of the one's that was recalled?  Something is making her cry and uncomfortable. I wouldn't let it go on any longer without having her seen by a doctor. Good luck
