My puppy is 14 weeks old I have had him since he was 8 weeks. He works for everything except water. Sits before play lays down or shakes hands. Also he stays although he gets frustrated after a while. Also he is the last one in or out of any room and on walks I lead. He is starting to mature so his manhood has come out of hiding recently. Yesterday he humped my leg. also I eat first so how do I convince him I'm the man of the house?

By the way it sounds, you already have him well trained. He already knows you're the leader. Humping your leg is a natural thing that both males and females do. That behavior will diminish greatly once you have him neutered (which is HIGHLY recommended). It will not go  away completely though; it's just a normal canine behavior.
When you say his "manhood has come out of hiding" I'm not quite sure of what you are saying but I think you might be talking about his penis coming out of it's sheath??? If I mis-read your question I apologize but just in case......the penis of male dogs will naturally come out and go back in it's sheath periodically even after neutering. It's NORMAL and no matter how much you train him, this has nothing to do with him wanting to dominate you or be the man of the house. It's a natural, physiological occurrence that he does not have any control over.
