jack russells odor from mouth, maybe broken jaw

my 8 mo. J.R. Blue came home bloody mouth 2 nights ago, Blue has a foul odor coming from his mouth, looks like puss pockets in his jaw. HE cant eat hard food. Jaw is tender. the jaw might be broken? Does the jaw heel on its own?

NO!!! It doesn't heal on it's on and it sounds like he has a raging infection going on in there.  It could be a simple matter of something stuck in his teeth or throat and not a broken jaw - but you HAVE to get him to the vet immediately because infection can get worse very quickly and you will be headed for even more problems then you already have. He needs attention, cleaning out of the mouth and antibiotics.  Good luck!!!  Poor Blue! :(
