Goldendoodles?

Hello!

Recently I started looking into buying a dog, either from a breeder or a shelter. I found a pup I absolutely love, she's a Goldendoodle. I don't know much about this designer breed, and I was wondering if you possibly give me some insight into the temperment, grooming, exsercise, etc. if you are knowledgeable about Goldendoodles. Thanks!

It is very chancy to expect even a pure bred puppy to grow up to match breed descriptions.  Even littermates often show sharply different personalities.  Selecting a puppy with nice parents improves the odds of a nice dog when mature, but is no guarantee.  A mix brings in even more variables.  Much of what a Goldendoodle will be like depends on just which Golden or Poodle were bred.  Even if you found somebody that has known as many Gooldenoodles as I have have Labs, they still can't tell you what your puppy will be like when it is mature.  your best hope is to meet the parents, and hope for the best.
