Feeing my mature golden

I have two goldens, Charlie is 6 and Sophie is 10. How much food should I be giving them per day to maintain a healthy weight. They are more active in the summer than in the winter months.

If Sophie isn't on a senior chow, you might at least give her a glucosamine supplement. Talk to your vet.
