Heat Problem

Hi..

    i have a female golden retreatver,Chelsea.she now
almost two years old.
her date of birth is 25th feb 2007. Since the. she only
went into heat
once in july 2008...after that there wz no sign of it..

all i wanted to ask is why is that?
is it dangerous?
what can i do??

Hello Ronny - Well, she should have been in heat 2 or 3 times by now.  She very well could of had a Light heat cycle and you did not notice any bleeding.  Some dogs can bleed very little.
YOUR vet can do a simple blood test to determine if she is having any hormone problems.
