My puppy ate the bones!

My 7 months old German Shepherd accidently ate steak bone yesterday and then this morning she has been vomiting and I discovered a small broken pieces of bones came out. Is she going to be OK? Is it dangerous for health?

Sometimes the puppy throws it up or passes it OK.  Sometimes the bone punctures the digestive tract which
is quite serious.  With the weekend approaching, I would go ahead and call the vet.  

Even our best efforts aren't good enough in some cases.  I hope she will be OK.
