What signs should I watch for in an American Pit Bull to see that she is still heaathy  at the age of 15 years old?

If she's lived to this age, she must be a wonderful dog. I would suggest having blood work done once a year just to keep an eye on things. Also have a fecal check done at least twice a year, more often if you live in a warm climate. Keep her in good weight.  If she shows any lameness, give her glucosomine supplements and that should be it.  I hope she continues to enjoy good health.
