Boxers Front Teeth

Question
Our 2-year old boxer's front bottom teeth (the middle two teeth) are worn down nearly to the gums.  They have little brown spots in the middle.  All of her other teeth look great, and she is healthy and happy.  She is a heavy chewer (nylabones and soft toys) - could this be normal "wear and tear" or something we might need to be more concerned about?  Thank you.

Answer
It sounds like cavities.

Dogs get cavities too, in spite of how well we take care of them.

Let the vet look at them and I think it's time you offer softened food.

You can add water and mix to make a gravy, add canned to it and mix.

This will help aid her in eating and keep her weight gain up.

Maybe a vet can fix the cavities so it doesn't become worse.
