New Boxer Mom

My boxer had puppies last night. (first time) I tried to get them so i could bring them inside. She growled at me. She has NEVER shown any signs of aggression. They need to be inside, how do i keep her calm enough to move them?

Answer
Offer her a treat, anything to get her inside away from the puppies. Food, anything she likes that stimulates her.

You MUST get those pups inside and warm or they WILL DIE- they cannot regulate their body temperatures.

You should have made a whelping box for her inside weeks ago for her to accept as her nest.

Educate yourseld on her care ahile nursing, feeding her puppy chow, and newborns. Google it.
