boston terriers that cant hear

Question
I have a Boston Terrier that can't hear.  Is there anything That can be done about this?  Would a hearing aide help her and how do i go about training her?  So far all i can think of is pointing and shake my head for no and make sure she is looking at me then love her for doing something good. and giving her a treat  Her name is Pretty Princess. She is 15 wks. old.  Any suggestions that are helpful are greatly appreciated.    Sincerely,  Cindy

While I know a bit about the boston breed, this is a vet question I can't answer. I just know that deafness is common in the breed. I have one that is deaf as well, but I have others too and she just pretty much follows the pack. I do know she will become very attentive if you work with her.
