Potty training/ Ask the Pet Nurse / Marie Peppers

I have a 5 month Boston Terrier and she will pretend to potty and then she comes in and runs to the other room and poops or pees before I can get to her.  Sometimes she will be out for 15 to 20.  I don't know what to do, this happens 5 or 6 times a day. Please help..

OK, what are you feeding your gal?  Brand and flavor?
Also, what vitamins or supplements are you using?
Has she been doing this behavior for many months now?
