boston terrier pregnancy??

female is in her 2nd heat cycle.  kids let out male boston and we have caught them locked together 2x.  How and when would I know if she is pregnant.  Concerned female small and male is large.  I am concerned that she would not be able to deliver.  Is there anything I should do with her.

Hello Denise:  Most bostons do have c-sections.  If you don't want her to have puppies, please get her spayed ASAP.
You can have some blood work done and the vet can see if she is pregnant.  They can do the spay after they know.  They will be checking her hormones in the blood.
