Bloated Boston Terrier

My female boston terrier had puppies.They are 8 weeks old now,but I noticed that after she had them she has become bloated all the time and is loosing her hair.She is eating fine and I have'nt noticed any changes in her behavior,but I am worried about the bloating.Can you please tell me or give me any suggestions as to what may be causing this as this never happened before until after she had her puppies(this is her third and last litter).Can it have anything to do with the birth of her puppies?Please Help!

Hi Mayra,  I am wondering if it is her hormones.  I bet it is and she may need medication.  I would take her in for a basic blood test for Thyroid and other hormones.  She need to see the vet as soon as you can.  This sounds much more than just allergies.
