cats messing in my garden

i assume by "messing" you mean using it like a litter box. you can use the naturl thing, oranges, cut them in quarters and squeeze them around your garden and then leave the pieces there too, this probably wont work. or you can go to a hardware store like lowes and get a powder that is a cat/dog repellent. its not a poison, just a repellent , it smells bad i think.
