Feline diarrhea

Is there any natural or over the counter remedy for feline diarrhea that I can try before heading off to the vet?

Hi Sue,

You could try a little Imodium liquid in his food, but diarrhea is usually a symptom of something else.  If I were you I would just go to the vet.  There may be a reason for it.  Just as an aside, what kind of food do you feed?  I had a cat with terrible diarrhea, and found out she was allergic to her food.  I switched to IAM's and it went away.
