Why would the adult cat bite other kittens necks or jump on top of them.

I just got new kittens and my older cats are biting their necks.Why is this?

It sounds as if the adult cat is a whole male. If so, you need to get him neutered.  Within 6 weeks, this behavior will probably abate.

If he is already neutered, this is vestigial male sexual behavior to assert dominance.  I would not worry about it.
