Older Female Younger Female CAT FIGHT

Greetings,

   I have friends who live in Indiana and they are having a problem it seems there older Female who is seven years has a real problem with there younger female who is two.

   There are two Males in the house who they have no problem with but she simply can not stand the younger female and for the past six months it has gotten worse.

  She now torments the smaller younger cat and has taken to pee and poop in areas that the younger cat hides.

WHAT can they do... my friends wife is getting so frustrated that she is thinking of finding a new home for her...

Did they just get the two year old female?? because if they did thats why because the older female has it as her place and no other females..I was in there spot for about a year because of my female and male, and now just added a 3week old male and its crazy. Try a few things like: when she gos to torment the little one say no in a loud deep voice, you could possibly use a spray bottle with water and spray her lighty once and say no, or keep them away from each other??

Are they both spayed??
