please advice..

why is it my cat always make noises when riding in a car? i am not sure what those noises mean. he keeps on meowing but at the same time he likes to look outside the window. is he afraid or happy with car rides?

Sounds to me like he's afraid.  Generally, a cat happy with a car ride will settle down on the seat, or your lap, or underneath the rear windshield.  A cat that is meowing and restless is usually nervous.  When a cat is nervous, he never takes his eyes off the situation, which is probably why he's looking out the windows.
