picky cat?

i think my male cat is being picky with what he drinks. when i give him milk, he is more than happy to drink it. but when i give him fresh water, he'll become moody and spill the water. what do u think? my other question is, my female cat (4 months) doesnt know her name yet. she's slower than my other cat. how should i train her?

Actually, milk is not very good for cats at all!  It tends to give them diarrhea.

Many cats like to play with their water.  I would dispense with the milk and just give him the water.  You can put the water dish on a tray, so that if he does spill it, it will not be too bad.

As to your female cat, no there is no way to train a cat to be quicker.  You just have to persevere.  She may know her name, but just not respond when you use it.  Cats can be like that!
