my cats lost

Question
please help. my cat got out 5 days ago
we ussally just wiat because our other cat gets out and he comes back
but the cat that got out named Samantha has never gotten out before and she i only 2 or 3 with no claws
to top it off we live in front of a marsh witch is right infront of a forest. and we just had a very big ice storm.
we have thought of putting posters up but its still icy out there and we think they are going to fall down and bow away. i miss her so much please help,
