After delivery complications

Question
A week after my cat gave birth she became very weak and stopped eating she could barely walk.  I removed the kittens (two) from her and began to bottle feed them. My cat seems to be getting stronger and acting more normal but she still hasn't eaten for 3 days now she won't even drink water. I have been giving her a vitamin supplement. She seems to be looking for the kittens now.  Should I give them back to her?
