1 cat or 2

I am single and just bought a ragdoll kitten.  I have had him since April.  I leave him all day while I am at work and when I get home he sticks to me like glue.  Do you think he is lonely?  Should I get another kitten to keep him company or is it just the ragdolls personality?

Ragdolls are very loving and very affectionate. As long as he has plenty of toys to play with and keep himself amused with, I doubt he is lonely.

My tomcat is part Ragdoll and even with two companion cats, he sticks to me as soon as I get home as well. The Ragdoll is a very personable breed. You shouldn't worry, and you should definitely keep giving him lots of love when you come home!
