smell from leather

One of my cats pooped on my leather sofa and I can not get the smell out of it. I have tried washing it with soap and water and it still smell's. My last resort is to buy a new sofa.

Before you buy a new sofa, go to your local pet supermarket or farm store and purchase an enzyme based cleaner specifically for pet stains and pet odors.  Read the labels of the various products and see if there is one that will be good on leather.

I would try this first.
