Question

My cat is pregnant, about 35-40 days along. She has a yellowish and milky
discharge coming from where she urinates. What could be causing this? Is this
normal in cat pregnancys?

Answer
A milky discharge happens before she starts labor.

If it is green or greenish-yellow and has a foul smell there is something wrong. It should be checked out because there may be dead kittens in there which need to come out asap.

If it is a  yellow discharge then it is probably due to an infection and she needs to be put on antibiotics.

It sounds as if you should get her to the vet and have it checked out. If it is anything other than clear or milky it could be life-threatening.
