Balding Female Cat

My Female cat has Lost So much hair, It sarted about 3 days ago and its just getting worse.  The only place I'm seeing it is on her back right near her tail..Her room is full of huge clumps of fur...
Do  you have any idea why this is Happing??

There could be many reasons that a cat is losing hair. Your little girl needs to have her thyroid checked, her skin examined for mange and other parasites. What are you feeding her? Sometimes hair loss can be the result of allergies. My oldest cat tore all of the fur off of her tummy due to food allergies and a condition called psycogenic alopecia, which means hair loss of a psychological origin.
