is it another phantom pregnancy?

my female cat is 20 months old, (we rescued her 10 months ago)- however she's had 3 phantom pregnancies from her last 3 heat cycles!!! she goes about 11 weeks before going back into heat. if she is pregnant this time!!! she sould be around 4 weeks, her stomach is a bit swollen and she screams for food, and is always eating, (iv'e checked for worms, there is none), i'm not sure what the problem is, have you heard of this before?

I haven't have any first hand experience with false pregnancies but what you're describing sounds like another false one, by virtue of the fact that she is so hungry.  That seems to a symptom of the false pregnancy where in a real pregnancy the appetite doesn't increase until later.  You won't know, though, unless you have her checked by a vet or wait to see if this lasts.  Cats who have false pregnancies tend to have them over and  over and unless you're breeding her the way to stop it is to spay her.
