saggy cat stomach

both of my tabby cats have growing saggy bellies. they are not over weight but look pregnant. when i purchased them they were spayed but they look pregnant with cow-like hanging udders. do you now what this could be? they are not swollen and their behaviour is still the same, playing fine, appetite good, just hanging bellies, what could this be?

Hi Mia,

This is very common in spayed cats, they get a "waddle" despite the fact that they're not, as you say, overweight.  It sounds like they might have recently had litters of kittens prior to their spay if their nipples were still that prominent.  Its nothing to worry about but it probably won't go away, either, its all part of being a spayed cat.
