Pregnant once sprayed?

I have 2 kittens, about 9 months old now, i got them spayed 3 months ago, yet one of them, the more advertourous of the two is getting fatter and her teets are feeling more prominant than the other kittens. I was wondering if there is an possibility that she could be pregnant? Any help much appreciated.

I would take her to your vet to see what is really going on.  If the cat were spayed properly, there is no way she should get pregnant.  If the cat were spayed and all the uterus tissue was not totally removed, she could still produce all the hormones to come into heat and be bred.  In this latter case a false pregnancy is possible.

On the other hand there are other caused of a cat suddenly plumping up some of which might be very serious.

Again, I would take her to your vet immediately.
