my kitten

Hi I have a little kitten that is about 4-5 months old and yesterday I noticed that he is breathing really fast as well his heart beat it fast. He seems to be peeing a lot. He is meow for now reason. Normally you can pick him up and he'll be fin but now you do that and he cries, as this happens when you touch his stomach. He has a brother who is fine they eat the same thing and everything. I don't know what's wrong. Could you please help?
