Question
I was blessed with a cat of 9 weeks old on her way to the streets or to a shelter by the owner; Just would like to know what kind of cat is this; she has speckled fur as in the picture with tabby features and spots.
Here are three pics to help out!

Answer
Jo-Sette,

From the pictures and your description this is a brown spotted tabby domestic shorthair.

The spotted tabby pattern is due to the break up of one of the other tabby patterns and, since the spots seem to suggest tiger stripes, if you joined them together, it appears that a mackerel tabby pattern is the underlying tabby pattern.  The polygenes that cause spotting are very common in most feral populations.

Best regards... Norm.
