Question
can i breed my male cat with my 2 female cats they are from different litters and also do you have to sperate the male when the kittens are born

Answer
Hi Li
What you have in cat speak is a stud (male cat) and two queens (the female cats). The stud is normally kept in an outside pen all to himself. It needs to be big enough for him to run around in and have a separate place known as the queen's  run. The reason it is outside is because he will spray to set up his own territory and if he were in the house it would smell horribly, so if he is outside in his own house then the smell is not that bad.
Normally the queens are brought to him for mating. Once the mating is complete then the queens are removed to their own run for a while to confirm mating has occurred and may be presented back to the stud on two or three more occasions to ensure full mating has taken place. If you are happy the mating has happened then you should move her into the main house keeping her away from the stud from now on until well after the kittens are born.
To tell if mating did occur the queen will roar when she has received sperm from the stud into her vulva, and you will hear that.
Now what you need to do is count 65 days from the last mating and the kittens will be due around that time. They may arrive two or three days earlier or up to five days later but at least you will know roughly when they are due and if you want to take time off to sit with her through the pregnancy.
Having two cats pregnant at one time is a very big responsibility as both queens may well require assistance during delivery and unless you have a friend with you to help it will become very very busy
I hope all goes well if you chose to go ahead with the mating
