wheezing in dogs

Is it possible for dogs, (I have Tibetan terriers) to suffer from asthma?
My dog wheezes quite a lot and sometimes brings up a greenish phlegm.

Asthma can occur in dogs but not as commonly as in cats.  Typically asthmatics do not have a productive cough or develop any discharge unless there is secondary infection.  There should not be any GREEN color to normal phlegm, therefore, I would suggest a trip to the vet.
