cut on pads of paws

Hello My border collie was outside playing ball and got cuts on all 4 of his feet some are big, what do you recommened, keeping him still will be hard, he is 2 1/2 years old.

Oh, please have him stand in a tub and wash the areas with some Hydrogen Peroxide and water...
