Pink flesh-like growing hanging out

Hello I am writting you too ask you a ? about my sisters dog whom we love soo much and are very concerned about her. She is a straight haired terrier and she has a pink fleshy-like substance hanging out of her vagina about the size of a silver dollar. We don't know if her uterus has fallin, if it's a cyst or a hernia. Can you please give me some information concerning this matter? Thank you

Hello Monica:  the tissue that you mentioned is hanging...Please bring her to the vet and he/she can show you how to push it back in.  Many times this can be a prolapsed uterus..
