DOES GETTING THE VACCINE FOR MY DOG GIVE HER THE KENNEL COUGH OR AN MILD CASE OF KENNEL COUGH ?

If given to a healthy animal, there should not be any problem.  If she is very young or has health problems (basically a weakened immune system), then a mild case could potentially develop.  If the vaccine was given right before boarding or grooming or contact with an infected dog, then it is not effective to prevent kennel cough as it takes about 10 days for the body to build up antibodies.
