Hi, i am just wondering if a dog can pull a muscle and if it caused them a lot of pain. also could it be the reason for my pup to be very lethargic and not want to come near me

Hello Jane: Please get this baby to the VET ASAP. I have a little maltese too.... Your baby should not be acting like you described.
You need a professional to take a look and see what is going on.
