Increased urination

Question
My 26 month old lab was to the vet on weds. this week for routine shots/heart worm/stool/physical. On either thurs. or friday I gave her maybe 1/4 cup of green tea. She did not drink it all. I also gave her her Interceptor at the same time frame. This is Sat. and since Fri. night she has had to go to the bathroom a lot more than usual. Now every 2 hours or so and it seems like she dribbles more than pees. Could all of this, or any, have to do with her change in urinating? She even went in the house 1x which she never does. Curious, and thankful for you time.Debbie

Answer
Hi Debbie:  This is very odd!  I know the interceptor should not caus this kind of a reaction.  Also, the vacinations should not cause this either.  As for the green tea, you gave such a small amount and she did not ingest it all.
So, my answer is....." I just don't know"

Sorry, I would think possible Urinary Tract Infection related to possible dehyrdration???  Has it been very warm in your part of the world???
You may need to see the vet again for an antibiotic?

Sorry that I can't help more!
