New kitten has watery eyes

Question
I adopted a 10 week old kitten from the humane society a week ago.  He had ear mites which I have been treating with Tresaderm and now they are basically gone.  I brought him to the vet for an exam the next day and he had a temperature of 104 (fever) and she mentioned he had slightly watery eyes which I didn't notice.  She said it might be the beginning stages of an upper respiratory infection and to come back for antibiotics if he does get it.  On day 3-4 until now, his eyes have been really watery but he is not sneezing at all.  He continues to eat/drink/play like normal.  He has a lot of energy.  So I don't think he is getting the upper respiratory infection.  Should I be worried?  I take a wash cloth with warm water and wipe his eyes several times a day.  Is there anything else I can do?  Please help.. I am concerned:(  I'm not sure if this is related but I bought the wrong bag of food that I thought they were feeding at the humane society and he has had some diarrhea.  I finally figured it out 2 days ago and have been gradually switching him back to the food they fed him.  Please let me know if any of this is cause for concern or will this all go away.  I have only had him for one week now.  Thank you !!

Answer
Hello Summer- ~~~could just be allergies... Only time will tell what is going on. Glad you went to the vet for a good check-up.
I have some ideas for you:

Buy some eye wipes - they sell many kinds at the Pet store.-- they are gentle and treated to clean the watery eyes and crustations.
Do this 3 x per day - Don't put too much pressure on the eye...

Next, Let's get this baby on some NuVET Feline - this is a powder vitamin for cats and kittens...Excellent and only sold thru CAT Breeders and VETS... - order here and save:  You can't find this in any store..
http://www.nuvet.com/81098
Look for NuVET Feline and get the 90 count. .. This will give you 3 months of treatment ( vitamins and supplements) for your baby.
Excellent and guaranteed to help the allergies and Immune System.
The MITES made the immune system very weak.  This will help to make her strong again.
Use order code **** 81098 ****  They can't sell to the public without a Breeder's code...OK
The cost is about .50 cents per day

Ok, let me know how she is doing in a few weeks.  You can get the NuVET Feline sent to you by Wednesday or Thursday, if you order now.
