Sneezing

I recently had my apartment sprayed for pests and my older cat is now sneezing.  I understand that sneezing is usually not serious in cats.  Could the spraying be the cause?  There is no discharge from her eyes or nose.

Yes, could be the cause.... Watch her for a few days...Open some windows, if possible to air the place out.
Did you remove you cat during the spraying?  I am sure you did, but I have to ask..?
You can call the vet and ask if you can give a dosage of benadryl...
