my puppy has seizures

well first of all my dog is walking with her head to the side and my family member sed that it was probably that she got randover when she was smaller or that she has seizures but what do you think because she starts to cry when we pick her up or she wont wanna move i am very scared and dont know what to do!

Hi Anna - I bet she has something wrong with her back or spine.  The vet can take an x-ray and give you some pain medications.  She may even just have a muscle problem or pinched nerve. PLEASE have someone take her to the vet.  This is not right to have her suffer in pain.
