safe pain med for pregnant dog/aggressive male

Question
My 40 days pregnant toy aussie was in a fight this evening and is painful in her left front leg and shoulder.  I don't think its serious enough for an emergency vet call,  but I would like to give her some pain med.  I have rimadyl and previcox.  Either one of these safe for pregnant girl? Is any pain med safe?

Also, my male dog has been picking on my females, both pregnant and non pregnant.  He makes them submit and holds them down. I watched this happen this evening before I could stop it.  He held this girl down, and then another girl jumped her and they were fighting viciously before I could break it up.  Is this normal behavior in a male? Why is he bullying girls?

Consult with your veterinarian before giving your dog pain meds.  I cannot make a recommendation without first examining the dog and having a professional with the owner of the dog.   You also have to be careful when giving medicine to a pregnant dog.

It sounds as if you are having a dominance issue in your home.  Consult with  your trainer to determine why you are having such issues; a trainer can also tell you how to deal with dominance issues.
